Sienna Extended Care & Rehab

I wouldn’t use this place for my worst enemy. On the first day we were given a tour and an entire hallway was closed because employees having sexual relations in that area. I also attached a picture of two of the employees sleeping while on the job. At the same time a patient rang his bell for almost two hour to get service. If you care for you family member do not send them there.

I came here a year ago after a short serious illness. I was in rehab for 3 months. I then moved into long term care because I was unable to take care of myself. I was a pretty hard person to get along with at first but I was well taken care of. Now it's home. I'm still well taken care of. Really no complaints and It's always clean. Thanks to Arika and Janice for the many activities that we have to keep us busy!!! And thanks for David and Michael for keeping it clean and everything working. Thanks for Adam for putting up with me and everyone else. Also thanks to all other employees!!!!!!!

Such a lovely facility! They took great care of my mother, and the staff was also so attentive, and the building is worlds ahead of the other facilities in the area!

Let me say 1st of all I did not give 5 stars because of some things having to do with the weekend staff. The dietary staff was kind of lacking on weekends, they didn't pay attention to my wife's dietary needs and restrictions as well as they should have. She had to send back some of the meals because they were things that she could not eat. Now as for the overall experience with the facility and staff we were quite happy with the level of care she received at the facility. The Physical therapy staff were quite good at getting her back to a level of self-care and mobility. The administrative staff were very attentive to our needs and worked diligently to answer questions pertaining to her case. I would recommend this facility for those needing specialized post hospitalization care.

The nurses they bring in to fill in spots were horrible to my mother and her nieghbor. They also caused my mom to have bed sores and that led to her amputation. We have reported this place, the management lied about not allowing the nurse back and will simply tell you what you want to hear. If your loved one can talk and let you know they are then it might be safe. Hopefully management and case management has been replaced so people have a chance there. The facility itself is nice. Sadly the temp staff is not.
