I was pleased with my first visit with Nikki. She and staff were respectful of my privacy and comfort. She was thorough and assuring, explaining her findings and attentive to my concerns. I am assured of professional and experienced care in the future.

Very brief, my condition was quickly assessed but not actually looked at even though the state that im in is very far from awesome, pain management was not discussed. The nurses were very nice, one entered during the examination without any kind of etiquette or introduction. Kind of unprofessional and extremely impersonal. I felt like I wasn't a person. Treatment options were discussed but since this is a new doctor apparently we have to start at the beginning though I stated that those treatments did not work in the past.

Always friendly, shows care and concern, informative, genuine, not rushed, thorough, and answers questions. She and her staff are amazing. And her work is excellent. I highly recommend Nikki Short.

Very friendly staff. It was my first time at the office, yet I was in and out within half an hour (including filling out the necessary ppwk). But despite that, I didn’t feel rushed or ignored. Dr Short and the MA were both very attentive and excellent listeners. It was a perfect balance of being efficient and personable at the same time.
