Every time I take my friend to his appointment with Dr. Kapur she is a minimum 1/2 hour late getting to the office. Not running behind but actually arriving! How can Bassett Healthcare tolerate someone, a doctor no less, being so unprofessional?

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Rani Kapur Pado, but the earliest available slot was three weeks out. When I finally arrived, I was kept waiting for 45 minutes in the waiting room and another 15 minutes in the patient room, without ever seeing the doctor. After a full hour of waiting, I left. When I asked the staff how much longer it would take, they just laughed and said, “Oh, this is normal for her. Sorry.” Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

Great doctor! I have been going to her for years. The wait is usually long, but well worth it because once you get into the examining room, she is attentive, interested and never rushes you.

I didn’t even want to give this office a 1 star the receptionist Tammy is very rude They talk to u like your a little kid I’m 30 I just moved here I have cervical radiculopathy and I have been seeing dr Kapur for about 4 months and nothing has been done with my medical issues or my pain
