Dr. Casey is a good doctor, and I have no issues with him or his exams. His front desk staff, however, could take a class on customer service. The staff couldn't care less about your satisfaction in any facet. Dr. Casey gets 4.5 stars, but his staff gets 0.

I made an appointment a month in advance, called 4 days from said appointment to confirm appointment. I was then told my appointment was a month prior and was supposed to receive a confirmation call for that day but never received a call. Person who took my call told me “ we are too busy to call to remind patients of appointments” completely understandable but why didn’t I receive a call on my supposed appointment date?

Dr Casey is the best in town. Great experience all around! Was able to book an urgent care appointment same day and get thorough care . High recommend

If you are concerned about the virus, DONT GO INTO THIS OFFICE!. They ask patients when they fit glasses to take off their masks! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! You can certainly try glasses on with a mask! While I was in the waiting room, I watched the previous customer being asked to take off her mask, while 2 feet away from the optician. When it was my turn, the optician did not wipe down any of the surfaces after that patient! Even restaurants are more careful! I walked out after seeing this sham! I asked if they were following state guidelines and she said I know we are not 6 feet apart but one of us has on a mask! RIDICULOUS!!! My next call will be to the Shrewsbury Health Department!

Dr Casey and his staff are very knowledgeable, everyone there is so nice.
