Very thorough checkup. Crystal explained everything clearly and made sure I understood my results. Plus no hard sell for hearing aides and she checked to make sure I didn’t need any accessories. Very satisfied.
I had a very pleasant exam for my first visit ever. The office was well prepared and easy to get to. The Hearing Instrument Specialist Eva Mele explained every step in the examination process throughly. Explaining the test results was done clearly for my understanding.
