Dr. Fuller and the hygienist Michelle Symonds are amazing! I always feel so welcomed and at home during my visits. They always listen to my concerns and thoroughly keep me informed during my dental care and treatment. The dental assistant Kelly is also a delight. I loved speaking with her and she’s a great listener.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at this office has been beyond disappointing. The office manager was the most rude, dismissive, and attitude-driven front desk employee I have ever encountered. Every interaction felt confrontational instead of supportive — which is the last thing you need when dealing with dental pain. I paid $1,500 for a crown on a tooth that was clearly infected. Instead of resolving the issue, the tooth was capped and I endured three months of ongoing pain. That crown ultimately failed, and the unresolved infection led to me needing a root canal — which cost me an additional $800+. When I reached out for help or any accountability, there was zero willingness to work with me. No flexibility. No ownership. No compassion. Just billing policies and payme

I was previously unhappy with a treatment that I had received here, but the Shrewsbury Dentistry team came together to regain my trust and win me back over. I appreciate the way the team here communicates and coordinates, they work well together and with their patients. All staff I’ve worked with have been friendly and engaging while providing great service. They also have some nice modern tech and put it to good use, allowing you to better understand the treatments you receive. They’re quick to provide treatment options and pricing so you can make informed decisions. Truly a top tier operation here, glad to be a patient of theirs.

Great care and follow up I was seen for a removal of 4 wisdom teeth , two of which was impacted and I was under general anesthesia (put asleep ) ,but the whole process was quick and less painful then when my gum had been enflamed by previous food I have eaten , I even was put at ease when calling them for information and follow up appointment .They also had a great grasp on the costs and financial side of the surgery . I would recommend them to friends and family

The staff was very helpful. Sabrina feom thr front desk was very helpful and informative. I wish more were like her. Dr. Mwangi and the dental assistant katie who worked on my teeth were very kind and gave me top notch care.
