My aunt Close Aubrey is currently a patient here. I really love the staff MYA in the back office is so helpful and will take care of your request quickly. The night nurse Shanitta calls me and give me updates often.

This is my first nite here and there is big roa he's everywhere. The staff is rude and disrespectful. Nzts and bugs fly all over your dinner

I went on a tour, and everyone was incredibly friendly. The building looks clean, and it seems like they have new bedspreads.

Most of the staff was really great. Especially lower level staff (CNA's, food service). We asked for bed rails because there was an extreme fall risk. Agreed to sign the form they required to absolve them of liability of restraint. We never saw the bed rails. Bugs everywhere. I swatted them off of the bed, the chair I was sitting in. Smashed them on the floor. Made the administration aware. No action was taken until the day we decided to take him out which was four days after we got there. Too little too late. The water in the sink in the bathroom barely ran to be able to wash your hands. Awful, awful place. If you don't care about the person you're responsible for and just want to get them off your hands? I stayed at Shreveport Manor for exactly one week, following a lengthy hospital stay. It's not super fancy, but I found the place to be spotless and the staff to be caring and very kind. I also found the fair to delicious depending on the meal. I was there to rebuild some muscle incordination be able to be home alone again. The OT and PT staff were super and very encouraging.
