I took my daughter in when she cracked her head against the corner of a coffee table. The attending staff were very kind and efficient, we were seen quickly enough. The Dr. gave multiple simple options and explained things well. My daughter was scared but entertained and encouraged as she went through the gluing process. I have found myself in this facility a handful of times and, though by situations are not always treated the way I’d expect, I do respect the staff here.

I was traveling east and had severe pains in my mid-section since leaving Washington. In exterme pain, I made the decision to look for the closet E.R. I was extremely lucky to have Shoshone as the closest. I walked in, hunched over...a nurse grabbed a wheelchair, sat me down. And hustled me to get checked out. The Nurse(s) were so caring, the Dr, running all the tests, had just as much interest in my wellbeing, as she was with my test results. The Nurses really assisted in making me feel comfortable and, you know what? In my emergency situation, They are exactly what you need! Two nights, Three Days.... FIVE STARS. Thank you again.😘

I went in for a very swollen bicep, black and blue, and no explanation how it became that way. I was in tterrible pain. Dr. Reinbolt was attending physician. He actually just shrugged his shoulders and said " well, I don't know"! What???? No x-ray???? Nope they just sent me on my way with acwtaminiphen

I had X-rays ordered by my dr at a new practice. The X-ray techs couldn’t answer my question as to if my results would be sent to my dr., or my patient portal. Since the practice is new, they might not get sent, I was told. I may not get a notification to my patient portal. Why did I even get the X-ray s there, I wondered? After waiting over a week, a long time with an injured hand. I called the hospital and asked for a copy of the radiology report. I hadn’t been notified and my patience was wearing thin. Seems this county supported facility isn’t on board with supporting a group of doctors in Kellogg and residents of the county. Something stinks. Zero stars if possible

I could hear nurses and doctors talking crap about the patients. I went in because my doctors told me to, in severe pain in my right shoulder and ribs, and neck and half my face going numb, I told them about my other health conditions and that crutches I have been using probably caused me to injure myself and all they did was move my arm around and tell me to go home is .I still have chest pain and hurts when I breathe in and still in severe pain. Called my nurse is again to tell them what they did and they wanted me to call the paramedics but I'm afraid to because I will just be sent back to the hospital that didn't do anything or even check for something serious they didn't listen to me when I said I have super tachycardia they didn't even bother checking my heart.
