Mountain Valley of Cascadia

Our family watched our elderly neighbor slowly decline in physical and mental health. With no family near or involved, an increased level of care was needed. I watched the staff (including and especially the Maintenance Man!) establish rapport with him and answer questions about what life in a rehabilitation/ potential long term care setting would look like and providing any support or resources he needed to make that decision. After encouraging a trip to our local ER and ultimately a three day stay to qualify for his Medicare insurance benefits) he went to Mountain Valley. While it was not "home", Waino enjoyed the socialization, visits from staff (including am coffee and conversation with the Maintenance Man), etc. His dog was being boarded at a local vet clinic, and staff and volunteers

The loving care shown to my dad by everyone on staff meant the world to me. They were professional, patient, and kind.

Came here for Rehabilitation. Amazed by the caring and compassionate staff who helped me. Great place and superstar staff.

Good and take care of them and know alot about them 🤩 I am impressed by how I saw them so nice and neat today thank you for the tour.
