Broke my permanent retainer at 41years old and needed to find an orthodontist. I was able to get an appointment with in a week and at the first appointment she was able to rebond my retainer. All other orthodontists I called wanted me to have an initial consultation and then come back. Very grateful to not have to take more time away from work. she was incredibly patient and took her time cleaning and putting it back in.

My experience at this practice has been nothing short of pleasant. The entire staff from the team at the front desk, to the orthodontist's assistant, Ms. Joy, and the orthodontist are so warm and friendly. It's a clean and comfortable environment, with a great team to match. Very happy that our dentist referred us here!

Dr. Sachno is like no other, she is the best orthodontic dr. I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Very thorough, respectful and explain's everything. The entire staff is great. The clinical assistants explain what they did & what the patient is to do. The front staff are great in handling everything. Everyone tries to work with you and creates a great place to come to. I recently completed an 18 month bite alignment at Short Pump Orthodontics and couldn’t be more pleased with the results and experience! From the beginning Beth was there completing the financials and scheduling with her friendly attitude. Then the staff took such good care of me with their knowledge and care, especially Sheryl with the attention she gave me in preparing my teeth for correction at each check point. Dr Sachno was excellent with her recommendations for correction and the personal care and attention she gave me with every visit. My appointments were always punctual and the staff was very efficient with the time. This office comes highly recommended for their professional friendly services and excellent client care.
