ShoreFit Training and Rehab

My husband Jim has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. He also has other medical including congestive heart failure last year. Having been a very active 80 year old, he’s experienced many set backs. He’s been actively looking for assistance to help him with his balance, his stride, his shaking hands, etc. Nothing was really helping. However, when he tried Shorefit, it was a perfect match with his needs. Chelsey, Kate and Kathy bring more than just expertise to their therapy. Emotionally they exude a positive attitude, high energy and are very upbeat. When he comes home his mental state is so positive. He feels he’s accomplished so much in class. He likes the individual attention. He likes that they work with him on his issues he’s having at home. We highly recommend them.

I started at Shorefit several months ago to improve my balance and mobility. I have worked with all four therapists there and have been quite impressed. They are all knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. I have made considerable progress in improving both my balance and mobility. Highly recommend.

I started seeing Cait, the pelvic floor therapist, wanting to strengthen my hip after feeling some pain and weakness from pregnancy. I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant, and I credit so much of my mobility and strength to Cait’s exercises. She’s a wealth of knowledge with all things pelvic floor and is the sweetest. I will certainly be checking back in after labor and delivery. Thanks Cait!

The PT professionals are absolutely the best. They work with you on a one-on-one basis so that you get the correct training, modification and immediate feedback The professionals provide an environment of success which even spreads to the patients trying to motivate each other I highly recommend all the instructors
