Took off of work 3 hours early to come here for an appointment. Drove 30 minutes to come to the office. They cancelled my appointment and never called to tell me. I’ve now lost out on money at my job, and an appointment I’ve had scheduled for two months! Probably has to be the most unprofessional service I’ve ever received at any doctor’s office. I work for a pediatric pulmonologist and could never imagine doing this to our patients. I highly recommend avoiding this practice at all costs! UPDATE: The office called me back because when I called to complain it went through their call center. They said “We definitely called you to cancel” I asked when they called. They couldn’t give me a specific day but at like “9:15” between a range of 5 days. I had no missed calls, no voicemails. Clearly

Shore Pulmonary is extremely unprofessional! I have left over eight messages over two months to schedule an appointment and not one call back through their central booking. Yes I'm over due for my yearly but my last appointment was cancelled and rescheduled three or more times. Then I call in one morning on the Dr's line option one when calling in and finally get a live person on the phone that could not help me schedule an appointment but put me on hold twice with the promise that someone would call me back shortly. After a couple hours I received a call from accounting that I'm overdue for a $50.00 co-pay that the office forgot to collect from two years ago. While I find the doctors here to be top notch, the CMA, Diane, who took my information was very nasty, left the room and loudly bad mouthed me to the staff and then the doctor. I asked for her name on the way out and she proceeded to hand me a card with the office managers name and number on it, like go ahead, see if I care! I expect more professional behavior from a staff member of such a dedicated and skilled group of doctors.

Initially I was pleased with their efficiency, although the doctor who was recommended wasn't available until January, I was desperate. The doctor was great along with the stsff during testing, etc. Problem was following up with test results, prescriptions & being unresponsive after 3 calls. So very disappointed.

Saw 3 different docs over 10 year period Dr Miskoff (4th doc)disappeared.Never heard from practice.Tried to schedule Dr Frank in September of 22. Just arrived at appointment In February of 2023 Told they had notified me he was not available Their schedulers can’t use texts, Worst case. of service in my lifetime Going back to New York doctors who have commitments to patients not to their lifestyle!!!
