Active Physical Therapy

I had a bad fall that resulted in a total shoulder replacement, and I was told that due to the trauma of the injury, recovery would be more difficult than other shoulder replacements. At my surgeon’s direction, I began going to physical therapy two weeks after the surgery. At the time I could barely move my arm, but I was determined to regain the use of my arm and shoulder. I had previously gone to Active Physical Therapy for a minor back issue and decided to go there again. Travis and his team were terrific. They understood the limits of pain, but they also provided the encouragement I needed to push a little further each time. I’ve been coming here for the last 11 years for all my different injuries. Whether it was knee problems, elbow problems, finger problems, back problems, they have given me nothing but their undivided attention and they’ve been helped me get back to my everyday life every time I’m there. They are so detail oriented, listen to my questions and concerns, and help me get through my problems.
