Shore Medical Center

What a positive experience! I had back surgery one week ago today and people suggested that you must go to Phila. for that type of surgery. That is such short sighted thinking as Shore Medical Center is state of the art with so many great doctors and staff members. My primary physician strongly suggested Dr. Dellasota for the surgery and he had two locations to choose from. I did NOT want to be in AC and am SO happy I chose Shore Medical Center. It was a wonderful experience EVERY step of the way from a pleasant check in, caring nurses preparing for anesthesia and surgery, and care that was second to none. The team of nurses on the fourth floor couldn't have been more accommodating or competent. I spent three nights there and had countless team members assist me. I hope I don't leave

I highly recommend the ER and hospital. My husband received wonderful care. He was experiencing symptoms of a stroke so we went to the ER where he was seen immediately. While in the ER, his temperature spiked from normal to over 103 and given preliminary blood results, he was admitted to the hospital where he ended up staying for 3.5 days. It turns out that he had a UTI infection that moved to his blood. All the doctors, nurses and assistants were extremely knowledgeable, attentive and caring. Where he stayed was immaculate and staff constantly checked in to see if anything was needed. We had an exceptional experience and thanks to everyone who took such good care of my husband!

My emergency room visit couldn’t have gone better. A very public thank you to PA Anthony who stitched up my hand with ease, a comforting vibe and gracious friendly explanations along the way. The rest of restart was great too and I was in and out in about an hour. Thank you!

Deficient medical care and lack of proper protocols. My wife sought care for persistent pain and bleeding lasting more than two weeks. No diagnostic tests were performed to determine the cause; instead, she was given an improperly placed IV and prescribed medication without a thorough evaluation. The treatment worsened her condition, increasing both the pain and the bleeding. We had to go to another hospital, where they conducted the necessary tests and correctly diagnosed the problem. This experience reflects concerning care that puts patient safety at risk. I do not recommend this facility.

Shore memorial Medical Center is the Worst Hospital in NJ. Guest Service agent clearly don't know where former employee pick up medical records from the Human resources Center. Allied Unvirse Employee are terrible. I really Don't recommend this Hospital.
