Shore Family Dental and Dr. Sarni’s entire team are, without question, the most professional, warm, and genuinely caring individuals I have ever encountered at any dentist’s office—anywhere in the world. Dr. Sarni combines exceptional clinical expertise with a calming, reassuring presence that immediately puts you at ease. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly, answers questions patiently, and makes you feel like you are truly cared for—not rushed or processed. The staff is equally outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly well-organized. Their professionalism is matched only by their warmth, and they go out of their way to ensure comfort at every step of the visit.

Dr Melnahn is the greatest dentist I've ever had. He makes you feel so comfortable and he is really great at what he does. With my old dentist I dreaded coming to the dentist and he always shamed me about my teeth. But I feel totally different with Dr Melnahn as my dentist. I would highly recommend Shore Family dental and Dr Melnahn. You couldn't ask for a better dentist. And the technicians are really great as we'll. An all around great experience at Shore Family dental!

Absolutely horrible, I used to be a patient here and switched dentist offices after getting new insurance. Unfortunately due to another change, I had no choice but to come back here for a dentist. I had an emergency appointment 4 weeks ago due to severe pain on the left side of my mouth, I couldn’t eat or drink without excruciating pain. When I went in for my appointment I was told by the dentist that I had a large hole in one of my teeth on the top left side and it was located in between the teeth. I was told that although severe, the tooth could be saved as long as I have a root canal asap. I was told by the dental assistant and dentist that the office did not have a root canal specialist and I’d be referred out, I was also told that they would submit the prior authorization for the root

I called the other day to ask about my options for rescheduling due to the potential inclement weather next week. I was told the next available appointment was in August and was assured they would remain open despite the storm, and that notices would be sent if they did close. Today, however, I received a call stating that I need to call them Monday morning, and if no one answers, it means that they are close and my appointment has been canceled since they do not send courtesy notices. I was also told the next available appointment would be too far out, and that I would need to call again once they reopen to reschedule—likely near the end of next year. Wow like January and end of next year are just a couple days apart. This is a business with zero customer service.

I was a little nervous at first as it is the first time to this office since the merge with my previous dentist practice and when I first walked in they seemed so over busy and overwhelmed but they managed to help everyone as efficiently as possible. Then when I was brought back I was informed what I thought I was there for was not what was put in and they managed to quickly fix and help take care of the matter. Very happy to still see Michelle for hygiene cleaning and my Dr.
