Horrible experience with staff in Pharmacy. Disrespectful, rude, an argument almost every time with co pay info. I’ve witnessed how poorly they speak to and treat the elderly who sometimes have trouble using a debit card. The Chinese female tech I reprimanded after she berated the elderly man and embarrassed him.
We wish to share the pleasant experience had on Feb 10th, 2021 when we received the second dose of Moderna Covid19 Vaccine at ShopRite Pear River Pharmacy. Ms. Ellen De Pinto RN administered the injection and advised us on all the relevant information. She was very courteous and answered our questions professionally. We commend ShopRite Pear River for rendering all amenities and conducting the Covid19 vaccine program for the benefit of our community in Rockland County. Thank you
Very helpful and efficient staff
Excellent service as only a smaller pharmacy can provide, which is customer centric. Opposite to the type of service that you receive at those big box pharmacy chain.
