Dr. Álvarez was excellent! Knowledgeable and caring, but most importantly kind🙏 I know my elderly father is in great hands. Nurse Jeri was also a wonderful professional and caring🙏 P.S. As some other reviews have mentioned the front desk staff is a bit cold and unwelcoming which is unfortunate.

Dr. Alvarez is an excellent doctor and takes the time to listen… Yes his staff sometimes is a challenge but know this Your not calling an 800 number you are speaking to a Human and not a Bot!!!! Yes they are busy and that’s because they care!

After many years, I have had enough. In the last week alone, 3 separate incidents have brought me to the end of my patience with this office. The front of office in Pearl River told me I should have not come in to be seen with a cough, even though the goal was to have my actual dr listen to my chest. Secretary said I should’ve gone to urgent care, even though my doctor was in, I had an appointment and wore a mask. The secretary continued to berate saying that if I have covid, I put everyone in the office at risk, “taking them all out.” I did not have covid. I tested myself prior. She told me she’s heard it before- as that’s what they all say. How do you speak to sick people like this? I tested positive for RSV. Not covid. The staff are nice, I made an appointment for fatigue, breathlessness & congestion. I got an appointment the same day. The Dr gave me antibiotics & sent me for an immediate Xray. All this happened in 1 1/2 hours which is very impressive. My results were in the portal the next morning. That's where it stopped working. Since then getting the Dr to explain the wording on my Xray is like being in a bizzare mensa puzzle. I requested through the portal for them to explain the wording on my Xray & they just keep emailing me the Xray wording. I requested a tele Doc appointment via the portal and that was not responded to. I called the office and was told that the Dr could not speak to me. I had to wait 2 days for an appointment. I'm sorry for the people who left bad reviews that did not have a good experience. I have been to this office twice with nothing but good things to say. From the front desk staff to the assistants to the doctors, I have been treated well and with respect and professionalism.
