ShopRite Pharmacy of Morrell Plaza

The people working behind the pharmacy are terrific and always more than helpful, but for some reason the computer calling is down. I stood in line twice for 20 minutes they were obviously overwhelmed buy the computer being down. They need help please put the computer back working. I need my medication my back cannot stand in line for 20 minutes I stay for NOW because of the people behind the counter. I called shoprite's customer service line that's a joke you can tell there reading from a corporate script they can't tell me why the computer phone call is down

Been using this ShopRite pharmacy for years and honestly they are very good. Do mistakes happen yes, occasionally but where doesn’t it! Most of us don’t have full control of how we’d like things ran! but more times than not they have definitely helped me while being kind & helpful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I called today about my prescription to see if it was there and the woman on the phone was very nasty to me. It was terrible. I’m thinking about switching pharmacies

Switched to this pharmacy from cvs where i was getting 30 pills then they decided to only give me 17 a month after ive had the same prescription for 3 months and were very rude about it and unhelpful. Its really not right to mess with peoples medications and not even explain that before handing them off. Wont be coming here again. Unprofessional. Terrible experience.

Usually not too bad but recently they had a problem with one if my scripts and were supposed to have me call my doctor but nobody contacted me over the 4 days I left my script there. Meanwhile I ran out before coming in and finding out I cant get my meds. Then the woman has an attitude with me as if it isnt their fault. So in going camping for 8 nights without my meds. Withdrawal on vacation plus chronic pain should be fun.
