Customer service is in retreat at Montgomery Shop Rite. Been going there since they opened the store and have always had whole chickens cut up by their butcher. A new regulation?? forced them to stop. They also said the butcher was not in and they also said the cutting machine was closed for the day and they could not cross contaminate meats. So what about using a knife?? Other supermarkets care more about their customers and will gladly provide that service.
