My mom doesn't know how to post 😂 so I am posting for her. I did ask her how did she like her visit. Its been yrs since she has gone to the dentist, so my sister has been coming to SRI dental for over 25 yrs since Dr. DeCicco which I have had the pleasure to meet and now Dr. Chawla has now taken over, the office has not changed it is exactly the same. My mom was nervous, but very grateful to the team. Dr. Chawla was amazing every one Donna and Stephanie where so helpful to my mom . The Dental Assistant ( im so sorry its forgot her name ) she was so sweet gentle with my mom. Im truly grateful for the entire team. My sister started going, then I came and now we have brought my mom thank you SRI dental for taking care of my mom.
I went for an annual checkup and they told me I had great insurance no money was needed at check out and then later surprised me with a $345 bill in the mail. They did many extra services at the visit that I thought were unnecessary but covered by the insurance. They never once explained these services were non standard and would cause me to incur extra charges that my insurance wouldn’t cover. I would be very weary of their billing practices and ask many questions before agreeing to additional non standard procedures.
SRI Dental staff and doctors were very responsive when I was there for appointment which I got on short notice as they were kind enough to accommodate me. I was briefed properly about my condition that was causing the pain in my gum. The doctor guided my what would be done during my follow up visit. Overall felt very comfortable about they was I was treated and advised regarding my dental problems.
Staff is incredibly professional, gentle, and thorough throughout my cleaning. Their friendly demeanor and attention to detail truly put me at ease. I am very happy with the care I received. I highly recommend SRI dental to anyone looking for top-notch dental hygiene services!"
