ShopRite Pharmacy of Howard Park

How does a Community Pharmacy NOT accept new patients?! Im a Senior recovering from Knee Surgery and Shoprite is convenient as it is close to home. This is Unexceptable!!

The automated pharmacy refill has been broken for months it takes the staff a long time to answer the phone if it gets answered. Then they put you on hold for 20-30 min then it hangs up. so frustrating

I called to check if they had a medication in stock. At first I thought she accidentally hung up on me then when I called back 3x she kept hanging up before I could say anything but hello. When my husband called I told a man who answered what happened and he said he can’t verify that happened. If someones life depended on a medication and she did that it could really affect them. Terrible !

One of my medications was mistakenly sent to this pharmacy by a telehealth provider who doesn't know the area and didn't realize it's across town from me. The customer service there is so great that I happily make the drive instead of switching my prescription to a closer pharmacy, and will likely switch all my prescriptions here. I wish this store was open when I lived out in Woodlawn, because they just don't make 'em like this anymore.

They need better service there they run their mouth more than they help people, they made a mistake with my prescription, twice had to call the Medicaid insurance co. to clear it up, I had to wait a whole hour before I got my vaccine, I,m going to find another pharmacy, don't like that one anymore.
