ShopRite Pharmacy of Greenwich

If I could give this pharmacy and their employee a zero review I would. The lady answering the phone is Jamie and she is the rudest person and absolutely unprofessional to put it mildly. The pharmacist as well is not much better. He would only give me his initials which are JG. They have absolutely no interest in listening and sadly when medication and illness is involved they should listen more instead of talking over you. They are rude and obviously not interested in helping people . I have never written a bad review on anyone but this one was without a doubt needed.

Good pharmacy. Friendly and efficient. They answer the phone when and if you need to call and are very helpful (just touch zero). The app works well to renew perscriptions. Pharmacists are knowledgable, helpful and friendly, albeit busy. Long time customer, no problems. Recommended. I don't understand the negative reviews. I guess, just have your paperwork in order and I'm sure they will do everything they can to help.

Like I said ShopRite is my favorite place for over 20 years i do believe visiting others super Market’s, I’m filling the I have comeback to ShopRite I strongly believe because People’s who’s work in ShopRite it’s much decent Human Being more Kindness Compassion Love to the Costumers in this is huge I believe for the Majority that is the reason why it’s pack with Peoples at anytime

Everyone who works in the pharmacy Excellent. They always check to see if I can get a cheaper discount on my medication. I'm so glad I switched to Shoprite Pharmacy 💯 percent

Always crowed the aisles are confusing it’s great if you have a large family I prefer Wegmans, Stop & Shop, Whole Foods
