I've been coming to this pharmacy for all my pharmaceutical needs, for over 30 years. They've never failed me. Always friendly. And the prices are fair to good. Over the past 30 years, have there been a hiccup once in a while? Sure. They wouldn't be human if it was perfect 100% of the time. To the people that are giving nasty reviews: Give them a break. Nobody is perfect. In 30 years, they've always made sure I got my meds and have always been courteous and professional. 5 stars. 10 out of 10. Anthony Mellilo Freehold, NJ

Shoprite Freehold Pharmacy has been mishandling my prescriptions for over a year. The staff consistently makes errors, refills prescriptions incorrectly, fails to return calls, and avoids responsibility for the problems caused. Recently, I requested a birth control refill, expecting Tri-Lo Marzia, which I’ve used for months. Instead, they gave me a different generic without consulting me or looking at my history within the system and delaying my cycle. When they corrected the issue, they only filled one month instead of three, forcing me to return. Despite living nearby, I’m now considering switching pharmacies due to their repeated mistakes. The Pharmacy has gone downhill recently, they are rude and never prepared. You go in, they tell you they won't have your rx till the next day, you go in the next day, its not ready, you come back a few hours later, its still not ready, you wait 20-30 minutes at the pharmacy for them to get it together. They used to give me 3 months worth of my medication, now they only give one month because they don't keep it in stock. The newer young girls act like you're a bother to them, when all your asking is for them to do their job. I'm making the switch to CVS or Walgreens both are better.

Everytime I come to this pharmacy they are always a mess and chatting . They get my medicine wrong. Only reason I come here is because is a 2 min walking distance. I waited over 45 mins for them to label 2 boxes. The technicians and the pharmacist are rude.
