I came in with “a serious hand injury which required sutures on multiple fingers”, and thanks to her skill and patience, I’ve regained strength and motion I honestly didn’t think were possible. She really knows her craft—every exercise and adjustment had a purpose, and it showed in my progress week after week. Beyond the technical expertise, Lindsay brings so much compassion and encouragement to each session. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients. I had extensive surgery on my left hand. During the healing process, I found that I had lost function in my left hand. I was unable to make a fist. I was unable to bend my index and middle fingers. this dysfunction seriously impacted my life, and I felt desperate and afraid. Lindsay Was highly recommended as a hand therapist and so I booked my appointments with her. She is warm , friendly and highly skilled . Lindsay listens intently and responded with a solution to whatever problem I encountered. after 10 weeks I’m regaining full use of my hand. If You find yourself in need of physical or occupational therapy go to Atlantic physical therapy. The therapists there are an incredible team of highly skilled and deeply caring individuals

I highly recommend Atlantic Hand Therapy Center after seeing the amazing Lindsay! I have chronic hand issues and not only was she able to help reduce the pain, but also helped strengthen my hands so that I'm able to do the things I need/want to do. I plan on seeing her again in 2026!

How fortunate to have been referred to Lindsay Tobey at Atlantic Hand Therapy Center in Freehold. Lindsay is an adept hand therapist! My hands are now free from consistent discomfort, with the exception of days when there are changes in barometric pressure. The cherry on top is her considerate, compassionate, and respectful chairside manner. Her positivity is contagious and promotes positive interaction with everyone in the room.
