ShopRite Pharmacy of East Orange

I had a great experience. The young lady who helped me was very nice. I would give 5 stars but they didn’t have my other medication until Monday and my medication wasn’t ready but I was shopping anyway so it wasn’t a big deal.

Friendly staff. Location has a great selection of OTC and Prescription medicines to keep everyone in your family healthy. There isn't a drive-thru (this may change after the renovation) but since I am always grocery shopping inside, it's easy for me to walk up to the counter. If you have an Android or iOS phone with NFC, it's accepted at the register.

Absolutely disrespectful staff. On the phone the woman I spoke too was very rude. Then when I get here they have a line of people waiting for 15 minutes while the woman speaks on her cell in the back. They allow customers who are not in line service because they know them and don’t acknowledge the line at all, they just keep talking to each other and not assisting anyone. Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too. If u can avoid this place please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

AWFUL. FILTHY PARKING LOT FOR YEARS! I hate to step foot in the store itself & that includes this pharmacy. They are not happy to serve customers which provides them a job. Their customer service is below par. They have been this way for 15+ years. I will go out of my way to go to West Orange or Route 22 which provides SUPERB service. The businesses in this area just have TERRIBLE customer service; that includes Foreman Mills, Bank of America, & THE VERY WORST OF THEM ALL IS WENDY’s. I go out of the area to other locations/stores. ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL EXPERIENCES IN EAST ORANGE!! The community/area is very congested with mostly one type of people (people of color) and the businesses have the same type of people serving the community. I will add I’m of color and in the customer service ind
