Urgent Care & Walk-in Medical Suite

I visited this urgent care facility on January 30, 2026, at approximately 7:20 PM. After signing in, I was seen by a Black male physician who introduced himself. The medical assistant informed him that I was there due to a cough. I brought with me a sick form from my employer, which I have had completed at this same facility in the past without any issue. After reviewing the form, the physician stated that they no longer complete or sign these forms and advised me to have it signed by my primary care physician instead. He then went on to say that some employees from my company had previously forged dates on similar forms and that, as a result, the urgent care facility was being scrutinized by my employer. This accusation had nothing to do with me, yet I felt as though I was being unfairl

I love the convenience of this place, also the extended hours to accommodate everyone’s schedules. The interior is clean, the atmosphere is calm and professional with very friendly staff. I’ve been here a few times, they work with my insurance, the copayments are affordable. Dr. Michelle Portadin is the best so shout out to her also to Elizabeth Green. I would recommend this place to anyone who’s in need of urgent care.

I needed urgent care and on my way to arrive here I stopped at four other places and each one told me that there was at least an hour wait time. When I got here I checked in on the computer and they brought me right in. I don't know why I wasted time going to other places instead of coming directly here. The people that work here are extremely professional and courteous. And I'm not going to forget to mention Kenny, Ashli & Stephanie are great at what they do.

Easy, Fast, Courteous and Efficient are the words that come to mind when describing this place. I had to get COVID test to attend an upcoming sporting event and a friend told me about this place. The staff will guide you every step of the way from registration to testing and you'll have your rapid results before getting in your car. I highly recommend this place so go get tested and don't be intimidated by the outside, good things are happening.

I must say this place is quick and efficient. Clean easy access to filling out information the staff and Dr are very nice and understanding and did I say quick 😁
