ShopRite Pharmacy of Brodheadsville

I will be calling first thing in the morning to let the pharmacy supervisors know how rude and unprofessional their pharmacist is. Its unfortunate that I didnt look at the reviews before I brought my business to them. Not only did she fill the wrong script and dosage (which i paid for because I assumed she knew what she was doing) but also denied me the correct script and quantity, as well as 1 other script. Telling me I am unable to get the new supply of medication. She told me there was nothing her or I can do about it. I had to wait because it was a "time restiction". She also brought up how my insurance is paying for my medication and wouldnt allow me to refill, when my health insurance doesnt pay for my medications , I pay out of pocket. Wow other reviews weren't lying! Apparently Lynn the Pharmacist hates people without insurance especially if you are also new patient. Said regular patients/customers get priority and refused to order stock for my valid script and also refused to call my doctor. To me this screams that she's lying about stock! How gross for a working class town.

ShopRite just whacked me for almost TRIPLE the cost of my regular medicine. They switched suppliers and never told me. They gave me Along story that was unsatisfactory. They wouldn't take it back or reduce the cost. I don't like getting jacked up on charges so they can make more money. BEWARE of what you pay there. I'm not going back to them. Idon'tike being ripped off

Do not use this pharmacy. I repeat do not use this pharmacy especially if you don’t have major insurance. I was told today by the lead female pharmacist that this location and I quote “tells people we’re out of stock rather then dealing with people with no insurance!” We use good rx but that’s enough for this woman to embarrass, accuse and be all rude! Director of ShopRite pharmacies and I are having a chat tomorrow about this lady. You don’t tell somebody who needs their medication for neurological disease that you’re out of stock when you actually have it horrible who are you to Doctor or god?
