They Dropped The Ball Big Time I really want to like this place but I just can't. I brought my cat for a wellness check and lab work for ringworm. I waited 10 days and didn't hear anything about the results. After calling them I find out that they never sent the skin scrapings to the lab. So here we are 10 days in and $225.00 broker, and no further ahead then when we started. It seemed that the vet tech was experienced but the vet herself was brand new to the facility. I blame the owners for not properly training the vet on the protocol and procedures that are expected. They are very friendly and caring but that is to be expected and doesn't make up for dropping the ball. They offered a refund which I happily accepted. I guess Its time to go vet shopping.

My dog has had horrible experiences at past vets so I was VERY nervous about taking him in for an ear infection visit. But the staff at Brodheadsville Vet were better than I could have imagined. They were patient, didn't rush us or force him, and managed to get my 85lb. puddle of nerves out from under the chair where he was trying to hide just by being calm and friendly - a first for us. It was a truly welcome shock and I look forward to building on that positive experience. Incredibly grateful to everyone there for their time and care.

I had a wonderful experience first time being there with my sick cat, Prince. Dr.Dolinsky, her medical technician, front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, caring. They are absolutely amazing! I highly recommend them !!!

Wonderful experience. The Doctors & medical techs took exceptional care of my spicy, former stray/feral cat. They treated him with patience & care. The entire team is knowledgeable, well experienced & made us feel like we are in kind capable hands.

I have a senior Chihuahua, 16yrs old, and they are very attentive to her needs, will call an let me know an earlier appointment is available, and, call a couple days later to check on her. Love them, so friendly and caring, highly recommend for your pet, or should I say furry family child, :-)
