I called today because I had a problem with my online order and was connected to a girl named Shaniyah. She answered with phone with a rude “hello?” and didn’t state she was the manager or what dept she was calling from. She then tried to tell me the problem they made with my order was my fault, told me I had an attitude, told me she wouldn’t transfer me to a manager and cussed me out on the phone. Thankfully, I was able to speak with her manager Melissa who was wonderful - she’s the reason my rating is balanced because she conducted our interaction with respect, professionalism and solved my problem for me! Melissa confirmed that the issue was on the stores end and promptly re educated her team. Huge thank you to Melissa!
