Live Urgent Care

Overall my experience was good there with both positive and negative issues. Positive - place was spacious , clean easy to get to get too location. Front desk 1 girl seemed knowledgeable and professional. Doctor or in my case Physician's Assistant also very pleasant and doing her best to help you. Negative they had several procedures I was not use too , you absolutely need to bring a cell phone with you or you have to wait to use a pad to fill in a bunch of information I believe could all be covered with an employee at a work station with pc. I was told there is only 1 doctor on duty which I never got to see , I seen a PA. My appointment was 9am didn't get out of there till well past 10am. You also have to pay up front and they (ONLY) accept credit cards even for your co- pay. The assis

I said it before and I will say it again (I have been here 3 times in the past 2 weeks). Absolutely, the very best for urgent matters. Some of the front desk can be rude, but honestly I will take that over the rest of our experience. Out of the 4 at the front desk, over 3 different visits, two were nasty but the other two made up for it. The way the doctors, nurses, and techs go above and beyond, makes me believe that this world may have some hope left in humanity. The techs and the docs all go above and beyond, as did two of the front desk women. Zero attitude when I had a question, and the one I spoke to this morning was definitely multi tasking and she never once had an attitude, I could almost hear her smile. That very day I returned from Urgent Care and put in a negative review with details of my unsatisfactory visit, Mr. Marquez(CEO) called me in the evening. He assured me that upon my return to their facility, he'd guarantee that Urgent Care would have my results by the next day, as he understood and respected the results were time sensitive. Well, he kept his word! He took my bad experience and transformed it into an opportunity to address a solution! I am grateful to him and to the entire staff at Bordentown.

Took my 18 month old in he was sick coughing and runny nose and fever for 2 days . He got it from his mother 2 days ago who went to the same provider who gave antibiotics … my other son went to his regular doctor go antibiotics I went to my doctor a day ago and got antibiotics … we all feel great after taking them but when it comes to 18 month old no antibiotics till after 4-5 days because they think it’s viral … basics answer from them it’s to early to tell. Basic response from me I wonder why everyone else got antibitotics ??? I feel like I should pay the 75$ and come back every day for a week so they can see how everyone else is ok but him .

Went in for suture removal around 5pm on a Wednesday. The team was very thorough with their exam and they got me taken care of quickly. I'll go to Urgent Care in Bordentown from now on. A++
