ShopRite Pharmacy of Bethlehem

Clean and everything is easy to find. Sometimes when I walk by the fish department, I am looking in the glass and there is this one male employee that NEVER asks me if I need anything. I get the feeling that he doesnt even want me to ask him for anything. However, I have witnessed him asking others if they need assistance. Perhaps its just me 😏.

This pharmacy used to be top-notch, but it’s really gone downhill. I don’t even know where to start. Most of the staff have zero customer service skills, with just a few exceptions. The information they give is either completely wrong or flat-out misleading, and every person seems to have a different story. To top it off, the pharmacy manager seems nonexistent—either never at work or never returning calls. I would highly recommend avoiding this place.

Being new to the area, finding a friendly pharmacy was important to me. After having a terrible experience with the local CVS, I decided to try ShopRite. I could not be happier with the pharmacy staff! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, particularly Aidan who was so patient with me and all my questions regarding pricing (way more patient than he had to be, haha)! It was a refreshing experience to say the least.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully, & rudely , in my life Pharmacist Peter was totally unprofessional !! He was yelling at me in front of other customers over an issue that happened over year ago concerning a RX that had been cleared up many months ago. Someone this rude disrespectful and unprofessional to treat a customer like that in front of other customers should not be in this profession he is totally out of control !!!!
