Shonna Fontaine Massage Therapy

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Absolutely tremendous. Hit spots I didn't know needed attention. I haven't felt more relaxed than I have when she's worked on me, which included dozing off a handful of times as I was just that relieved to have someone who actually knew what they were doing working on me. She would answer every question too when asking about how to work certain things for stretches and such to ensure her work wasn't for nothing and could continue to loosen up over time. I went from being almost concrete to some resemblance of a human as far as movement. Recommended her to several folks and they all echoed the same!

Shonna is the best and most experienced massage therapist I have ever met. She listens not only to your verbal feedback but also to your body's feedback to provide the right pressure and techniques in the right areas. I met her after a car accident where she helped me heal. I continued seeing her for years after that because the massages were so relaxing and got rid of any random ache or pain that popped up.
