Shockley William R OD

My visit last year was with Dr. Shockley was with one of the replacements. I’ve been seeing Dr. Shockley for years, I’m really gonna miss him not being at the office anymore. I’ve never had an issue with my prescriptions over the years, and the staff was phenomenal!! Last year would be the first time I had to go back to office because I had issues with my Rx. After 3 peat, I just wore my old glasses that I was able to see clearly out of. I was never able to focus in new glasses.

Dr. Shockley is the best doctor in town! He always listens to your concerns and Ive never had a bad experience here with prescriptions for my glasses or contacts. The office staff are all very nice and accommodating and make you feel very welcome. I used another doctor once when I moved but that was a mistake and I will drive the necessary distance to visit Dr. Shockleys office because I know he will get it right the first time!

I’ve been going to see Dr. Shockley for 20 years. When I went yesterday he was not there. I was notified once I was sitting in the exam room that he was working a lighter schedule and two others had bought the practice. My eye exam bill was 115 dollars more than what it was the previous year. When I requested a detailed breakdown of my receipt I was told they couldn’t do that yet due to a “new system.” I loved Dr. Shockley but I will be finding a new eye Dr. since these new people have taken over. Very poor business practices all the way around with the price increase and waiting to disclose Dr. Shockley wasn’t working anymore.

Best eye doctor I have ever had! I have been going here for over 15 years and I've always been happy with the level of service I've received. Dr. Shockley is very professional, genuinly cares for his patients and works with your schedule. Definetly recommend.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Shockley since I was 15. They’re always friendly and my prescription in my glasses is always correct. I won’t go anywhere else
