I’ve taken my kids to Dr. Freeman since the day they were born, and I will forever have the utmost respect for him. He’s one of those rare doctors who truly connects with children so patient, kind, and genuinely caring in every way. You can tell he loves what he does and truly has a heart for kids. Recently, I decided to get familiar with another pediatrician in the same office and chose Dr. Kelley after doing some research. I’m so glad I did because she’s just as amazing! She’s incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for both of my children. She thoroughly explained everything she was doing and made sure I understood what vaccines were being given and why. Will forever be grateful for the care my children have received at Shoals Pediatric Group! Dr. Kelly is so knowledgeable and truly cares about her patients. Our daughter has a few complex medical needs, and we have always felt so seen and supported with her care. We have also seen a few other practitioners over the years, and they were all wonderful and thorough. I would recommend anyone to this practice!

We Love the Pediatricians at Shoals Pediatrics, however the office staff could use some training in people skills as they seem to lack compassion, motivation, and kindness. They are rude when you ask for an appointment, stating "you'll need to call back for an appointment", can't I just make the appointment today?, "no, you'll need to call later and make an appointment". What sense does that make??? You applied for a job, you got the job, DO the job! If you don't like it or your too lazy to do it, then move along! It makes zero sense to treat new Mom's this way, or any Momma for that matter! Do Better!

Dr. Sarah Kelley is the absolute best! She truly cares about your little ones. She addresses every issue and any questions you may have without hesitation. She has done so much for my family, I pray she continues to practice at shoals pediatric group. We definitely recommend her 100% very professional and she’s honestly like a friend. Dr Kelly is wonderful and so is the staff. They have weekend sick visits on Saturday and Sunday. They care about the kids!
