Jami was my nurse today and she's absolutely wonderful. She has great bed side manner. I really feel like she cared about my pain. She was extremely nice. I would definitely want her to take care of me need I have to come back. Thank you for great service from Jami and Dr. De for.

Nurse Dana took really good care of my mentally ill sister. She was kind, caring and compassionate. Thank you for showing us such warm hospitality. You made me feel at ease knowing there are nurses like you caring for our loved ones. Again, thank you Dana.

The Dr and nurses and the rest of the staff were amazing. I was sent to them from urgent care and they immediately started working on me. I was needing a CT scan which they took me for within the first hour of being there after they started all of my other stuff however it took 4 hours for the results of that to come back at no fault of the staff at shoals hospital or the Dr but it definitely makes it hard for them to be able to treat someone when they are in limbo for 4 hours waiting and patients are looking to them for answers. I just hate their hands are tied and they get the brunt of patient’s frustration. I’m only giving a 3 star due to the radiologist in charge of reading CTs for them something definitely needs to change.

My husband had an amazing team of nurses and doctor!! Everyone was very respectful and kind. Would definitely go here if I have to have anything done.He had a procedure done here and everything went smoothly.

Misty and Erin took excellent care of me while I was in the ER. I came in with severe abdominal pain and kept apologizing because I knew they were busy with patients who seemed sicker than me. They reassured me that my situation was just as important. Dr. Defore quickly ordered tests to find out what was going on, and once the results came back, they explained that I had a kidney stone. They got me treated, comfortable, and ready to go home. I’m so thankful for the care and compassion they showed throughout my visit. They even took care of my sister-in-law who brought me to the ER. Thank y’all!
