Shoals Hospital: Emergency Room

I was very pleased with how well Nurse Lainey and Nurse Misty handled my son’s emergency with his arm. They both worked eagerly to make sure he was comfortable until Dr. Lumpkins was able to come to his room. Lainey, Misty, and Dr. Lumpkins were very kind and professional during our visit. The overall wait time was very short and they all worked together to get us the answers we were needing. I highly recommend Shoals ER for your emergency needs!!

Love this hospital when emergencies arise. Had one this morning. The treatment was spot on from registration til discharge. The staff Autumn, Tammy are precious. The nursing staff Laura, Ms. Pat, the greatest. The Doctor was WONDERFUL, I don't know how to spell her name. She was just great. Thank you again for the amazing treatment that my husband received today! I was scared and you guys just handled it!!

Everyone was very helpful. From admission person to people that drew my blood. I have a port for my chemotherapy that also gives blood. They were very easy when they accessed it.

Carried my 80year old father in for coughing and chest pain waited over 2 hours to get in and they only called 1patient back maybe it was shift change or something but we went to a different hospital and got straight in

Quick and painless except the Dr needs to slow down a bit and relay message more better
