I highly recommend Shipley Orthodontics for both their outstanding service and exceptional quality of care. One very important thing to consider when choosing an orthodontist for yourself or your child is whether they offer 3-D imaging for retainers My son originally had braces at another orthodontist closer to our home. When he lost one of his retainers, we were told it would take at least a week to get a replacement, which would have allowed his teeth to shift. That office does traditional molds, which are broken after use, meaning once teeth shift, they have to remold and you no longer have the original positioning. I had to wait to get braces until my children were grown. I went to several orthodontist before finally choosing Dr. Shipley’s office. He listened, not only did he make sense on my dental plan, he was very thorough, and he actually was the lower cost. I can honestly tell you my age didn’t mean anything to anyone in the office they all treated me like family. I want to send out a HUGE thank you to the entire team especially Dr. Shipley and Gabby. The "experience" at Shipley Orthodontics begins with the receptionist Kailyn V. She sets the tone and always, truly always greets with a warm smile and genuine concern. She knew my daughter's name after one visit and from then on would greet her by names as we arrived. Her "can-do" attitude stretches across the entire strata of the practice; whether helping parents with scheduling challenges or the other myriad of front desk tasks that are attended to in the course of a day. I never fretted about my daughter's care with the actual dental staff because somehow I felt that Kailyn would provide overwatch and ensure she was being cared for...which she was. I’m truly grateful to Dr. Shipley and his wonderful team for the exceptional care they provided. Dr. Shipley, along with his skilled assistants, transformed my smile and gave me newfound confidence. I also appreciate the front office staff, who were always flexible and accommodating with my ever-changing schedule. I also have to give the original credit to Dr. Ostler who introduced me to this amazing Orthopedist. This was an extraordinary experience at a dental office, where you can genuinely feel the care and warmth from everyone. Highly recommended!

My son had braces with Dr. Shipley and our visits were always quick, and pleasant! Office staff was great and great service. My son’s teeth came out perfect! Highly recommend and will return with our two little ones when it’s time!
