Shiatsu Therapeutic

I tried Shiatsu Therapy at the recommendation of a fellow co-worker. Persistent back pain, unrelieved by conventional, conservative self-treatment, was what led to my encounter. I am grateful to my co-worker for her recommendation and to Shiatsu Therapy for the treatment provided. WARNING: This treatment is not for the individual seeking the soothing, Swedish-style massage. The therapist will have you crawling out of your skin during the experience. A pole exists above the bed you lay on, allowing the therapist to use her feet to apply significant pressure to the areas you experience pain and to areas you may not have realized pain existed. I went to see a massage therapist for severe neck pain, which had left me almost crippled. The pain was so bad that I could barely keep my lower body down when she was working on my neck. However, I knew from past experience that she was very good at finding and releasing knots in my muscles. Day after the massage, I was amazed to find that my neck pain was completely gone! I was able to move my head freely and without pain. I am so grateful to my massage therapist for helping me to get back to normal. and those wooden shoes!

I have had deep tissue massages more than once. They helped a lot. This place was the worst experience ever! I know deep tissue massages are painful. This place brings pain to a hole new level. I kept telling her my ribs on the right side where hurting really bad. She would say you fine. Right after the massage I was in extreme pain. I have had cracked ribs before so I know the feeling. I swear she cracked a rib or 2. I would not recommend this place for anyone! She was putting her heal in my spine and ribs. Wish I could give it a minus star

Excellent! Best massage ever. That being said, this is not for the faint of heart. It’s also not a floozy spa-soft deep tissue massage. This is a therapeutic massage that loosens muscles and helps my body heal and repair in a way that I have never found before. I am a big guy at 6’4” 230# with a lot of tight muscles. Usually I’m sore the next day after this massage, but I can feel the benefits for weeks after. Highly recommend if you haven’t yet been able to find a masseuse that can really get pressure to those deep interior hard to loosen muscles. 👍

When I first showed up she told me I had to pay up front and then told me to tip her $20 before I even got the massage! During my massage she stood on my back without asking me beforehand! I feel like I have bruises everywhere! I will not be going back!
