The doctor basically doing nothing and charge a copay. When you ask for a report, they gave you nothing. Hand writing a weight and height is all they have….When you need to register school and ask for a physical report, they ask for money again! I would rather transfer to another doctor and never ever come to this doctor!

Been coming here for over 25 years and the doctor is good. However, the front desk medical assistant called Stephanie was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Her tone of voice was very dismissive and mocking. She would benefit from having some more patient interaction training. When asked why she was being rude, she denied it. Never had an issue with any of the staff in the past decades, very disappointed and uncomfortable with this experience. All the other one star reviews for this clinic are all complaints about the front desk staff’s bad attitude. I think this is a very telling pattern. As a place dedicated to health care, keeping Stephanie on staff goes against their mission of just that: (mental) health care.

I’ve been going to dr. Lii since I was 10yrs old. I’m now 29 and nothing has changed. Other than I now take my twins and husband too. We all have our primary physician, but I don’t care if I have to pay a little extra with him because I know for a fact I’ll be good as new by the next day. Staff is amazing front desk and nurses. He’s honestly the BEST DOCTOR!!

Dr Lii is the BEST DOCTOR in CALIFORNIA! I have been going with him since I was 6 years old. Im 27 and now I take my 6 year old son to him. We have our own primary doctor but for some reason our doctors don't help us get better, but with Dr Lii he will immediately help you get better! I don't care how much I have to pay in order to be seen by Dr Lii because he helps us heal!

Do not go to this clinic. I had a really bad experience with the front desk nurse named Wendy. She didn't have the patience to answer my questions. Even though I have PPO insurance, I was asked to pay $280 to see Dr. Lii.
