Shepherdsville Dental

I could not be more pleased with Shepherdsville Dental. I came for a second opinion and am 100% convinced the extensive work I’m having done is absolutely needed. I see Dr. Coomer who is the most detailed professional friendly Dentist I’ve ever seen. He walks me through every process so I’m completely aware of what to expect. Stephanie, his assistant also has the same qualities and is so nice. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I went into this office a week ago today with right side mouth pain, upper and lower. I made Dr drake aware of all the pain. He removed the roots from a broken tooth on the bottom but said a top tooth. Old be making it worse but he did nothing for it. By that afternoon I was in terrible pain again. Thursday I was back. He removed the other tooth. Here it is a week later and I had to go back bc the pain is so unbearable I can’t sleep, eat, or talk. It hurts to breathe. The pain radiates to my eye socket and down my neck. Today drake re-dug in my face to get it to bleed and clot again. And again made things significantly worse. But they will not do a thing to make it better because as Dr Drake said “this isn’t normal”. So because it isn’t normal, they refuse to treat it properly. I am in far

Emily the hygienist did an excellent job on my teeth! She was very knowledgeable, and answered my questions and explained things that I asked about! She was also very kind! Dr drake was equally as thorough and knowledgeable and kind! The receptionists were great also, and tried to make me an appointment as soon as possible to complete my care!

I got great care here! Dr. Laura is professional, personable, and caring. She and the assistant, Stephanie, took great care of me! They were able to do the procedure I needed that day so I didn’t have to take off anymore work. And then they were available to answer some recovery questions later in the week. Will be going back.

The Dr. Robert McDade was very nice and friendly like he knew you for a long time. I was scared of dentists because the previous dentist broke 2 of my teeth and never told me about it. Plus I paid for his mistakes. But Dr. McDade made me feel relaxed. He explained the dental plan to you and in detail. Plus the procedures that needs to be done. All the people I spoke with was very nice in the office and explained everything you needed to know. I would recommend Shepherdsville Dental because they listen to their patient's and will work with you.
