I have a friend who is like My sister that lives there she absolutely loves it I visit often and am treated like family by staff and residents i highly recommend this place if you want your loved ones to feel at home lots of love and support at this place From both staff and residents I Am so glad my friend/ sister Billie is living there

They abuse their patients emotionally and verbally, they keep family and friends away from the patients, they took the phone I pay for from my fiancé. STAY AWAY!!! ADULT PROTECTIVE SERVICES HAVE BEEN CALLED

This facility is wonderful. The staff is unbelievably patient and caring -- they pour their hearts and souls into providing a clean, positive and safe environment for residents. Colonial House is a unique, special place and we are forever grateful we discovered it for our loved one.

We visit the live ins here and staff. They each have various needs but everyone can do something to help if they are willing. Allow God to lead you in helping do things for others.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, THEY ABUSE THE PATIENTS, DROP THEM OFF FOR APPTS AND PATIENTS HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THEY ARE GOING.. TRY TO CALL THEM THEY DONT ANSWER. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
