What a great office! I took my 7.5 month old son, and it was a wonderful experience from start finish. The young women who did my sons cleaning was very friendly and informative. The dentist himself was great too. They even helped take pics of him for his first visit! Such a sweet, genuine office. We will be back!

Office staff is incredibly rude. I just received a statement from over a year ago via text. First statement I have received in regards to this bill and I called in confused because my daughter has two insurances. When I asked if the primary was billed she snapped back and interrupted me mid sentence and advised me she couldn’t bill the second until the first paid out. I explained which was primary and which was secondary and she said it was too late to switch it since it has been over a year since service and now I have to deal with it. I advised her I could’ve dealt with it back in December HAD I KNOWN IT WAS A ISSUE! We didn’t have a great experience last visit, but this situation confirms why we won’t be back.

Terrible experience. I brought my daughter to get her first cleaning and the girl that saw her was so rude to my 7 year old . She also rushed to do her job so quickly that it felt like I was being pranked or something . I had my phone in my hand and the girl spent 1 minute cleaning my kids mouth ! And then flossing and my kid winced in pain because the lady was speeding through flossing and cut her gums and the girl let out an irritated inpatient sigh and said “ what’s wrong “ very rudely ! My kid said “ owe that’s hurting me “ and the girl said “ I wonder why u don’t brush your teeth “ in the rudest tone , again ! like WHAT!? (My kid does brush her teeth) Anyway All the girl did was brush over all her teeth real fast in one swipe ! no scraping , no checking with a mirror , no picking ,

Had a fantastic experience! I called regarding my then almost 1 week old infant and his potential tongue tie. A phone call that started with a question about insurance turned into a visit just a half hour later. I know that it was a “right place, right time” situation, but the Dr. got us in same day, gave us a no-pressure consult that confirmed tongue and lip tie, and was able to perform the procedure just 10 minutes after the consultation. The Dr. even sat with me post-procedure to make sure my baby could latch and breastfeed. It was a stressful day, but ended perfectly, with a happy baby and mouth exercises to take home.

As a dental hygienist with an almost 2 year old, I am so happy with my child's experience at Shenandoah Smiles. We got there a little early for our appointment and got to enjoy the toys in the waiting room. We were brought back right at our appointment time. The assistant and doctor were absolutely amazing and very gentle. All of my concerns were addressed and noted to be monitored again for future appointments. I genuinely am so pleased. I highly recommend them. Thank you!
