Shenandoah Oral and Maxillofacial surgery

I was pretty nervous about getting a tooth pulled, but Dr. Wang and Erin made the entire process incredibly smooth. Erin was so kind and did a great job keeping me comfortable, while Dr. Wang was efficient and made sure I didn't feel a thing. I really appreciated how they explained everything and gave me clear aftercare instructions. If you’re looking for a dental team that is professional and actually cares about your comfort, I highly recommend them!

This practice made getting teeth pulled so comfortable… which is something I didn’t think I’d ever say! They were very gentle, and I really appreciated how Erin checked in on me throughout the process. Recovery has been much smoother than I anticipated thanks to their clear post operative instructions. 5 stars!

Although the staff is friendly and professional, we did not have a good experience and we should have considering what we went through. My mom is handicapped and disabled. We were referred here to have all of her upper teeth removed so she can have dentures. Due to her being on blood thinners, we strategized and planned with Dr. Wang that she would come every 2 weeks over the span of 2 months for a set of extractions. During our final visit my mom told Dr. Wang that she still had a bit of tooth that he missed. He dismissed her and said it was just scar tissue. We went to the dentist for impressions 3 weeks after her final set of extractions where we were made aware that there indeed were still tooth/bone fragments left in her gums. I called Dr. Wang’s office and made one more appointment

This guy doesn't change his gloves in between patients. It's probably why he got covid and had to push my appointment back... Then you show up and they just waste your time because you drank a little bit of water!! Maybe if you practice safer cleaner practices he would have been there on my first appointment... Also if your dying in the chair apparently they won't call the ambulance for you. Maybe they'd just rather watch you die instead of save a Life.. thanks for wasting 2 days out of my life and causing me to push back moving to Florida for nothing..

Truly wonderful people! From front desk scheduling and paperwork to the surgeon! I was sent an email and another, about everything we talked about via phone. They didn't get upset when my dentist office sent them A YEAR OLD panogram. The surgeon who looks like a skinny and younger Robin Williams, showed me the new panogram and actually provided five different methods of having my bottom wisdoms removed. I didn't feel rushed, disrespected or looked at as meal ticket. I asked about a few concerning reviews (mostly due to my lack of understanding twilight surgeries and) and they explained why and how that incident via bad review occurred. Any questions I had, were answered in a kind manner. The very fair skinned woman who was there today 03/01/25 9 am, was an absolute doll. She did the kind
