Shelli Crockett, DNP, FNP-BC

I have been seeing Shelli Crockett for several years. She is very caring and never rushes me. She always takes her time and really listens to what I am saying and she has given me the very best care. The office staff are extremely helpful and polite. I consider myself very fortunate to have such a wonderful lady taking care of me.

Best doctor I have been too. She is very smart and knows what she's doing. Caring, understanding, very confident...so many great words I could tell you them all.

A older lady with short brown hair i didn't get her name told my mother the Dr there said they can't see her because she was late and my mother was not late she was on time the lady stayed on the phone for 20mins before she even checked my mother in so the reason she was "late" was because of that lady .. It is really ridiculous and she will no longer receive care at this place.

Dr. Sheli Crockett is excellent. You wont be disappointed.
