Shelbourne & Associates Oral and Facial Surgery

I came in to have all four wisdom teeth removed, and I truly had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked through the door, I felt welcomed and at ease. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. The surgery itself went smoothly, and I couldn’t believe how great I felt afterward. I’ve had little to no pain, and my recovery has been so much easier than I expected! I was even able to eat that same night! I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received and would highly recommend this office to anyone needing their wisdom teeth removed. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one!

I am so incredibly impressed with Shelbourne! This clinic is beautiful and the people who work there couldn’t be more friendly! From the front desk person to the billing manager, to the doctors and assistants. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I had a wisdom tooth procedure done here and the entire process from pre to post op was seamless. Post care they called to check on me twice. Seriously the best experience I’ve had at a doctors office in awhile. Highly recommend this clinic. They do everything with a spirit of excellence.

Dr. Ware is INCREDIBLE! 10/10 would recommend. Dr. Ware and his whole staff made the scary experience of having to have teeth pulled, as calming and smooth as possible. I felt truly heard regarding my concerns and worries. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Every office visit has been consistently wonderful. I especially appreciate they don’t make me wait when I arrive for my appointments. Any paperwork I needed for my general dentist and work were sent over immediately. Thank you!!

Dr Ware was very thorough during the pre op appt; explained everything completely and simply. At 72, I had my wisdom teeth pulled. The procedure went smoothly, and without pain…ever! After action check-up went just as smoothly! For any dental procedure, I strongly recommend Dr Ware!
