Dr. Fulcher and his staff not only offer exceptional, honest and up to date orthodontic care, but also make the effort to get to know you as their patient. I was somewhat of a complex case and I had complete faith and trust in Dr. Fulcher and my oral surgeon. Several years later and now he and his team have treated/are treating 5 of the 6 members of my family! We don't live near the office but we will make the drive for his expertise and the care his staff gives us. We're very thankful for our healthy bites and smiles.
Love everyone here! Lowcountry Orthodontics truly feels like family. I’ve been coming here for almost 15 years with all of my kids, and the care has always been exceptional. The staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely cares about their patients—not just their smiles, but the people behind them. From day one, we’ve always felt welcomed, supported, and confident in the treatment plans. It’s rare to find a place that’s consistent, trustworthy, and treats you like family year after year, but this is it. I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else. Highly recommend!
We have used Dr Fulcher for three of my kids. He immediately spotted what we had suspected & had to fix what a different practice did not do correctly on one of my kids. He is honestly the best around! Highly recommend, the entire staff is phenomenal!

I just visited Dr. Roland Fulcher at Lowcountry Orthodontics. What a wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped in the lobby as I arrived, until the time I left with all the information I need to make an informed decision, it was top notch! Sarah greeted me as I arrived and Denise answered all my questions during the initial process. Then, Dr. Fulcher came in the room and explained everything in great detail so that I could understand. I highly recommend this practice.
