Dr. Wasn’t prepared for meeting with me to discuss the findings of my endo and colonoscopy. She implanted a BRAVO into my esophagus to pass through my system. When I asked for those results, she needed to reach out the company to get results and she never told me what those pages meant. It was horrible. No results at all with days and days of discomfort. Don’t get the BRAVO… its uncomfortable for days and the doctor cannot read the results!

I’m extremely happy with my gastroenterologist (Dr Addepally) she’s is knowledgeable and a very gentle Dr. At her clinic I always feel welcome and understand, her staff is the kindest I have experience. They have very amazing text service where you can ask questions and attach images and you get detail answers even if it is same. Staff never get frustrated with same questions. Stephanie is super helpful. Dr Addepally is gem. I went for my Diagnosis consulting and she gave me one idea to try and it changed my life. I am grateful for her intelligent idea to try out. Call fenter lady at Willowbrook location is great too... We patient hate to be loyal and avoid Dr visit hut here it is opposite

Communication with the office has been consistently difficult. Calls are rarely returned promptly, and responses often take up to 48 hours. When requesting a specific colonoscopy preparation, the staff insist on selling their own preparation package rather than accommodating a patient’s request for an alternative option, which limits patient choice. Additionally, obtaining test results has been unnecessarily complicated. Results are not promptly released to the patient portal and instead appear to be withheld until the patient schedules and pays for a follow-up office visit. These results could easily be posted to the patient’s chart, allowing patients to review them and then schedule an appointment if needed to discuss any concerns. This process creates unnecessary delays and additional c
