If you're going to change your policy from "walk-in" to "schedule in advance" (or vice-versa), you may want to consider informing customers via your text message capability. You're already using that platform to proactively reach out to customers for suggesting to get in for flu shots, reminding them of filled prescriptions, etc. It will avoid customers wasting time traveling into the pharmacy and then being denied services that they've been previously told to expect. Just a suggestion. Thanks.
This first time experience was great. The prescription was ready to pickup, and the pharmacists were knowledgeable and gave me educational advice.
