Shaw's Pharmacy

They never answer the phone, and the voice mailbox is always full. It's almost an hour drive to get there, so I need my questions answered before going. I would give only one star, but every once in a while I work with someone who is not surly or annoyed. Are y'all understaffed?

Pharmacy is closed when the website and phone number says it's open. Somehow Google maps knows it's closed New Years day. The holiday hours posted in the store are also not accurate. If the correct hours were posted I would have picked up my prescription earlier yesterday but I trusted Shaw's website and now I have to go without until tomorrow.

This pharmacy has been great to me. The staff changes from time to time but these days they are excellent. They helped me out with navigating insurance related costs and ended up saving me $250 a month. In addition they are friendly and easy to talk to.

The Pharmacy is a joke! I switch to bubble packs because they said it would be easier, however it is not! You can’t get a hold of anybody, the people who do the bubble packs close early and then nobody can help you after that time, if they can’t get one med filled you don’t get any of the meds. And then, if you show your irritation, with the fact that it’s actually not easier, they just remove you all together and don’t even tell you…. This amongst many other issues and years of me wanting to switch I’m finally switching! Switching my pharmacy on every piece of paperwork at every doctors office is far easier than dealing with this pharmacy! Do yourself a favor and switch!

I'm very disappointed. I had one refill of my Albuterol inhaler, and they told me I did not. I have the box from the last time I picked up my in hair, and it clearly says 1x refill. Now I have to go to the doctors, and have them write me a new Rx. This is an expense I wasn't planning on because I have a refill. It's also my experience that they use the cheapest, low quality generic medication here too. I don't leave many one star Reviews, but I feel this pharmacy deserve the rating because they are costing me MORE that I should not have to spend.
