Shaw's Pharmacy

Snarky Pharmacist today!!!No customers except for me. I asked her if she’d had a chance to finish my prescription and before I could give her my name in my next sentence, she replied with attitude that how would she know if she didn’t know my name. After giving her my name she said it wasn’t ready and it would be 1/2 hr. I left the store and about 5 min later it was ready. I had to turn my car around and come back, when normally I could have waited a few minutes. ( I d just lost my mother and was picking up a temporary prescription to help w my loss)

I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy ever since Deb came there. She is rude, incompetent, inconsiderate, and should never work a job where she has to deal with the general public. She has argued with me over medication on multiple occasions and been so rude. They never fill my meds and when I constantly ask to have them put on automatic fill they don’t. Stay as far away from this pharmacy as possible!

This company would be doing themselves, their employees and all their patrons a HUGE favor by letting Deb go. By far the most miserable, inconsiderate person I have ever met... no idea how she made it through the interview process and is able to work directly with the public. I've given her the benefit of the doubt that she may be having an off day but everytime I have been in there she will ignore you, then become snappy and rude with her reposnces, complain to her fellow employees behind the counter about customers WHILE THEY ARE STILL IN STORE (even the elderly that require a little extra attention). There is no way this women is qualified to be working in this establishment! Absolutely horrendous! Avoid at all cost! Will be using the local Ludlow Pharmacy from now on!!!!

Really unfortunate experience for my father in law today. I understand pharmacists have to deal with difficult people but that wasn’t the case today. I hope Deb & company can find some kindness during his next visit. If so, I’ll be happy to remove this review.
